Weighing approx 8 kilos, the frame is incredibly lightweight and very stable when assembled making it perfect for Shops, Market Stalls, Pop-Up Shops, Trade Exhibitions, etc. The frame measures one metre square x 190cm high. Curtains are not included. The 4 uprights and 7 horizontal cross bars pack down to separate individual timber lengths which form a small compact stack of components approx 190cm long x 22cm wide x 14cm deep. Please see the last photo taken just before packing into the strong cardboard box for shipping. The frame is made from 30mm x 30mm solid pine dressed timber with 14 wooden corner brackets. 8 of the brackets are permanently attached to the bottom and top of the 4 uprights with screws. The other brackets are completely removeable. All components are connected together very easily with wing nuts and bolts slotted into the pre-drilled holes and tightened by hand. To hang each of your curtains just slide the top horizontal rail into the top curtain hem and using wing nuts and bolts attach the rail to the top brackets. The bottom horizontals sit 20mm off the ground so that you can slide the rail into the bottom hem of your curtain before attaching the rail if you prefer your curtain not to be free-flowing.
