Bierocks — pretty similar I think to my family’s recipe. Bierocks are a family tradition & family get together food on my dad’s side. Soo good with butter and salt & pepper on top. You can try them with different fillings too if you don’t like the traditional beef, cabbage & onion — but I would recommend trying it first ;]
