For insomnia? I must try!! Pinner says: Every night before I go to bed, I soak my feet for 10-20 min. in the hottest water I can stand w/Epsom salts and/or essential oils. I just sit on the side of the tub and read with my feet in the bathtub. Pat dry, then massage my lavendar After Bath lotion and go to bed – it REALLY helps sleep! (and I’m hoping it helps make my feet prettier for sandals!)
