Strawberry Mushroom Products:
  • 250 g fresh strawberries
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 + 2 tablespoons Orange juice
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 ml of cream 30%
  • 10 g of gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
Strawberry jelly:
  • 200 g fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon dissolved gelatin) of the total amount
White chocolate mousse:
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 250 ml of cream 30%
  • For decoration:
  • 50 g of grated white chocolate
  • some fresh strawberries
Method of preparation:
  1. Soak gelatin in 3 tablespoons. cold water.
  2. Let it swell for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Clean and wash strawberries for mousse.
  4. Add sugar and orange juice, grate.
  5. Precipitate the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons to the gelatin. Orange juice.
  7. Heat on low heat and stir until it dissolves.
  8. Pass all the strawberry jelly products, strain through the sieve.
  9. Cool slightly gelatin, add 1 tablespoon. from it to the fruit puree.
  10. Add to the puree a spoonful of sour cream.
  11. Stir well to a smooth, homogeneous mixture.
  12. Add the remaining gelatin, mix.
  13. Beat the cream to the soft tops, add it.
  14. Divide the mousse into 4 cups and cool until it becomes jelly.
  15. Apply the fruit puree on it.
  16. Cool the mixture again until it becomes jelly.
  17. In the water bath, melt chocolate, cool it to about 30 degrees.
  18. Beat the cream to very soft tops.
  19. Add it carefully to the chocolate, stir.
  20. Divide between glasses and cool for 2-3 hours.
  21. Decorate with grated white chocolate and fresh strawberries.
