Super Cheap Small Closet Makeover. Anchor an IKEA Expedit Shelf into the wall. Use wood dowls (anchored into the wall and then screwed into the Expedit) for the new clothes rods. Two levels of clothes rods adds more space for clothes. My clothes on one side and husbands on another. Fill the shelf with pretty baskets and fill them with socks, undies, bras etc.
