Crochet solved a number of ch fits circumference of your forearm (target circumference about 5-6 cm from h?ndryk). The number of ch must be divisible by 3 + 5

1 rk: 2 dc in 5th ch from hook, * skip 2 ch over, 2 dc-1 ch 2 dc in next ch *. Repeat from * to * across row. End row with 2 dc-1 ch 1 dc in last ch.

2 rk: 4 ch, 2 dc in ch from previous row, then crochet * 2 dc-1 ch 2 dc in next ch loop *

3 rk: repeat now number 1 and 2 alternately until the desired length is reached. (It’s easy :-))

Finish with a number sc on the wrong side, and then on mussel pattern on the right side at the top:

Start with a ch, 1 dc in 2 sc start, 4 dc in the same stitch, skip 2 m above and 1 sc in next stitch, continue with * skip 2 m above, 5 dc in next st, skip 2 m 1 sc * row. Break yarn and staple the ends. Sew approximately 2? to 3 sm along the top and leave about 5-6 cm remain open for the thumb and sew second rest together. Weave in ends.

Fit the second pulse warmer in the same way!
