This Armored car was built up from a Rolls Royce Silver Ghost chassis and running gear. They were used all over the British Empire during WW1 and into the fourties.
Build Process:
I downloaded lot’s of photos from the internet and scaled everything from the wheel diameter.
Tools & Materials Used:
I used my Miller Maxstar, my 25″ bench shear and various hand tools. I use .045 CRS sheetmetal and various diameters of welding rod, .035 to .125

Project Description:
It is a deer that I plasma cut in metal shop in school. It was my first project with the plasma cutter. I was so excited when I finished it, because I found out that I love plasma cutting, and want to do it for my job. I’ve done quite a number of projects with the plasma cutter since, and still love it!
