Sexy Pork Chops – Sauted Pork Chops with Lemon-Garlic Sauce – FAN-TAS-TIC!! LPJ – 8/8/13 made for dinner. instead of 1 Tbsp lemon juice, after I zested I put 1/2 lemon juice in the cooking saute and added the juice of the other half with the zest, parsley & rosemary (dried parsley, fresh rosemary). Definately a repeater. Served with saffron rice and garden salad.
