This time for some really simple and wonderful chocolate-dipped peppermint sticks.
Easy to make and even easier to eat!
Great with a mug of hot cocoa.
12 peppermint sticks
7 ounces white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup white nonpareils
Dip the sticks, one at a time into the melted chocolate.
Roll the ends in nonpareils.
Transfer to parchment paper.
Let stand in room temperature until set

Place them in a beautiful box with some pretty ribbons.
Nothing like a home made christmas gift.
2 pounds white chocolate, melted
1/2 cup shelled pistachios
1/2 cup dried cranberries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take teaspoons of the melted chocolate and place on the baking sheet.
Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries.
Let stand in room temperature until chocolate sets.
Snow globe cookies
The cookies are regular sugar cookies decorated with sanding sugar and nonpareils.
I glued them to the bottom of an old jar with melted sugar and poured in some more sanding sugar.
Put the lid back on and it kinda looks like a snow globe.
