With just a little under 2 yards of fabric you can have this sling made in only 30 minutes! It’s a great beginner project with photos to help you. It’s an excellent last minute Baby Shower gift too that will be very appreciated! This sling is easy to use and you can move the baby where you need him or her. It can even be used for feeding! Perfect for keeping your hands free! No hooks, adjustable straps or buckles to bother with. It can also be adjusted to have right around your neck or over shoulder as shown. Pattern also includes instructions on how to make it with different prints on either side so you have two color / print options! Great if you would like one side plain and the other side printed! May also be used a little differently as the baby grows and the baby can sit in the “dip” while legs dangle free at the bottom. PLEASE NOTE: The pattern comes with measuring instructions so that you can fit the sling for the person you are making it for. I have had someone make it out of a knit (stretchy) fabric and she made hers slightly smaller because of the stretch. Something that is washable and will not be irritating against your skin is best. ************************************************** Print the pattern pieces on regular paper (8.5 x 11″ for North America; A4 for everyone else) without the need for any enlarging.
