After struggling with a stained retainer for 5 years, I finally figured that the orthos assistant told me how to clean it wrong. Dont use toothpaste, like she told me! Mix an equal parts solution of lukewarm water and hydrogen peroxide or distilled white vinegar in a cup. Soak for 15 minutes, then brush off stains w/ a soft toothbrush, rinse with lukewarm water, allow to air dry. -another pinner said
