might have to do lean beef for family and would triple it…. Lots of Medifast Recipes on this Site – My favorite Lean amp; Green on my Medifast diet. It is delicious and I dont feel deprived at all. I use 7 oz of turkey or ground beef as long as it is 98%lean, otherwish its only 5 oz. YUMMO!!
