pet wash area and rinse off boots too, this is a must have in a true MUD ROOM! Forget those stupid tiny ugly wash sinks or senseless powder rooms! BUILDERS TAKE NOTES FOR ONCE! Big dog people need this as their grand central station to and fro house from daily walks no matter what temp outside. OK that was my vent for the day, as you can tell I feel strongly about what a MUD ROOM should be :D
