White Castle Hamburger Pie – This was easy to make and SO GOOD! The only negative was it didn’t last long enough! (We just got 4 servings out of it, because we had seconds.) I baked mine in the cast iron skillet I used to brown the beef. I also used her low-carb substitute for the onion soup mix.
